Simbolon & Partners (“The Firm”) is Indonesian law firm located in the heart of Business District, surrounded by an entertainment and commercial complexes, approximately 30 km away from Sukarno Hatta International Airport Jakarta, Indonesia.

In litigation, the Firm represents the Clients from the level of District Court, High Court and Supreme Court in the following fields of law: Civil (Corporate & Commercial), Criminal, Industrial Relation/Labour, Human Rights, Administrative, and Family.

   The Firm has successfully resolved disputes for Clients prior to litigation through zealous advocacy and skilled negotiation. Our early intervention often allows our Clients to avoid litigation.  When that is not possible and litigation ensues, we provide superior and unrelenting advocacy.

      Despite the fact that our lawyers have a proven record of courtroom success, we also routinely use mediation, moderated settlement and other forms of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) to achieve our Clients’ goals.
